Matthew is widely recognized as the co-founder of Muskoka Custom Insulation, a prominent family-owned establishment that has been transforming spaces into energy-efficient havens across Muskoka, Ontario since 2007. With a career spanning over a decade, Matthew’s journey in the insulation domain began through rigorous training with diverse insulation companies. This wide-ranging exposure allowed him to master various insulation techniques, resulting in an unparalleled expertise in both residential and commercial insulation for a diverse array of constructions.
In close collaboration with his father, Matthew was instrumental in the inception and growth of
Muskoka Custom Insulation. Through a commitment to quality and financial prudence, they swiftly centered their efforts on the blown-in insulation system as a cornerstone for the company.
Building from the ground up, the father-son partnership managed all aspects of the business, from initial preparations to sales. Over time, their team expanded to encompass skilled professionals who shared their dedication to excellence.
Fast-forward to the present year of 2023, and Muskoka Custom Insulation has been established as a preferred choice for respected builders such as Greystone/Lovegrove and Bestlife Contracting. The portfolio spans a wide spectrum, from cozy homes to opulent million-dollar cottages, a testament to the trust clients place in Matthew’s expertise.
Now, prepared for a new chapter and armed with a wealth of experience and drive for innovation, Matthew is ready to proudly introduce Ideal Insulation Solutions. Matthew treasures every moment shared with two children. Residing in the enchanting Muskoka region, Matthew and his family immerse themselves in the beauty of Algonquin Park, embarking on hikes and portages that allow them to feel connected to the marvel of nature. During moments of respite from crafting insulation solutions and creating cherished family memories, Matthew is often found on the golf course, participating in local tournaments. While travel remains a passion, it has taken a backseat to the
joys of exploring closer to home alongside his growing family.

Her journey has been one of entrepreneurial exploration, starting with ventures in the restaurant
industry and hunting outfitting, moving into the realm of insulation with Muskoka Custom
Insulation. Over the years, she’s considered it a privilege to co-create and nurture multiple
family-run enterprises that have found dependability and success. This hands-on experience
has awarded her a unique and inside perspective on the intricacies of establishing a business
for success.
As a seasoned professional, she understands the importance of setting up robust accounting
and administrative procedures tailored to cater to clients’ evolving needs. Her dedication to
